Pulte built the Prestige home in Waterways, ordered most upgraded options available. Finished product was excellent, and big shout out to Steve Wood, construction manager who did an outstanding job managing the on time build out and highest level of quality controls.
Very suspicious of buying a Pulte home in this community? Is it worth it are the homes ok after a couple years. Any recent info and experiences would be great to read.
Jose Kartes and Jen Seehausen were a delight to work with. We had a great experience.
We were so blessed to have Pulte build our dream home. Our builder Jerry Little was awesome, very knowledgeable of what he did, and he made the construction process very easy. His patience and his perfection were phenomenal, Thank you again Mr.Jerry Little, for building our dream house .
