Jose Kartes and Jen Seehausen were a delight to work with. We had a great experience.
We were so blessed to have Pulte build our dream home. Our builder Jerry Little was awesome, very knowledgeable of what he did, and he made the construction process very easy. His patience and his perfection were phenomenal, Thank you again Mr.Jerry Little, for building our dream house .
I came to visit my family here in Waterways in October 2024. We walked through the Martin Ray home and I loved the floor plan. I worked with Steve Kelly before going back to MD and bought my new house. Steve Wood was my construction manager and I received pictures and text messages from him on a regular basis! I love the layout and everything about my new home and the community is awesome.
Working with Pulte was wonderful. We are very happy with our new home.
