this is supposed to be a service organization - dont believe it - they dont answer phones - they dont answer emails - Same your self some headache - instead of praying that the home you might buy is perfect - find a builder that stands behind their product - you may need to fix things - pulte wont be behind you - run while you can
We bought a retirement home in the Del Webb Somersett in Reno. Sales were excellent, construction was excellent, after sale service was and continues to be horrible! For instance, freezer won't get to zero - FDA has concerns about that but so far neither Del Webb nor Pulte expressed any concern about us have bacterial growth in our frozen foods.
