Absolutely amazing!
A Pulte Group supervisor told us yesterday that our experience is normal for Pulte homebuyers. They left concrete in the drains. Pulte didn’t think sewage coming out of pipes in 3 floors of our new home was an emergency and told us to read our warranty. The doors were not adjusted so they don’t close, the sinks are not sealed so they’re leaking, the screens are blowing off the house, a line of roof tiles are missing, … and there are more than 50 other construction defects.
