Absolutely amazing!
A Pulte Group supervisor told us yesterday that our experience is normal for Pulte homebuyers. They left concrete in the drains. Pulte didn’t think sewage coming out of pipes in 3 floors of our new home was an emergency and told us to read our warranty. The doors were not adjusted so they don’t close, the sinks are not sealed so they’re leaking, the screens are blowing off the house, a line of roof tiles are missing, … and there are more than 50 other construction defects. Had the most incredible home buying experience. I was super pregnant and they finished the house a month early for us so I could have our first baby in our new home. I am forever grateful for that! We just hit 1 year in our home and the warranty team came and fixed everything brand new. Will be buying with Pulte next time no doubt!
