Pulte of Briarwood Estates in Richfield....stay away!!! They are unprofessional and misled us several times in the process. We were lead to believe believe the development would be a "nature preserve" and all wooded. After we put a huge down payment down, they took out almost all of the woods, and you can now see rt. 271 traffic, and also rt. 77 traffic!! You can see and hear the trucks going by, and it is loud!!!. Even their sales person said she could not believe what they had done. She told us we could get our full refund... read more
