Pulte Our sales person never told us we can not use the clubhouse. Small detail. Our Construction manager Ryan, was fabulous! But when we discovered the flooding and pooling of water on one side of our house and reported it, they said they did not cover landscaping! A year later, our neighbors also shared the same problem and their builder came to solve the problem.
