I built a home with Pulte at Arabella at Praire and it was a terrible experience. They did not install gutters on the sides and back of my home. Because of this, rainwater is damaging my yard leveling and could affect my foundation. When I contacted them, they said it was not their responsibility. Pulte Our sales person never told us we can not use the clubhouse. Small detail. Our Construction manager Ryan, was fabulous! But when we discovered the flooding and pooling of water on one side of our house and reported it, they said they did not cover landscaping! A year later, our neighbors also shared the same problem and their builder came to solve the problem.
