It appears that Pulte has gone all out to put top notch quality in every aspect of this development. The property has been well thought out and laid out. The homes offer excellent quality both inside and out. Interiors are modern and functionable and exteriors should easily last 20 years in this up-scale HOA community. Good schools and close to shopping.
Nice new sub division seems a little expensive for the area, staff didn't seem very knowledgeable
