Design consultant was very friendly but many of the appliances/layouts that were offered to us during the sales consults were suddenly unavailable after we signed the contract. There is no direct phone number to design center/consultant and they’re very slow to respond via email. Pulte Group was not accommodating after the fact. We were sold a “gourmet kitchen” but then forced into low-grade kitchen appliances/layout.
