Staff are very friendly
Despite having to work with a "variety" of clients on the phone as well as face to face, i could feel the reception staff, technicians and Cardiologist treated me like a fresh patient, and as an individual. Their instructions were clear and kind. My wait times for each test was reasonable and I had time to see other patients received the same consideration. In appreciation of unforseen situations that could arise, the staff needs to be understood also.
My technician was very prompt, organized, and knowledgeable. He executed the procedure with the greatest level of expertise!
Staff was kind and understanding even when i was late .
