I went for a Holter Monitor and all went well. I dealt with a very nice person at reception and the woman who actually fitted me with the monitor was also very pleasant and I told both staff that I sure did appreciate that. But I do have a HUGE criticism about the Center’s policy re returning the Monitor. A deposit is required for the monitor (which is to be expected). But the policy that the monitor must be returned to the clinic between 7am & 8am or you lose your deposit is a huge problem for patients who do not live in Ed... read more
