Company that makes medical parts that go into a person's body, pays employees as much as the wawa down the street. Not to mention they always require overtime because they can't keep reliable people.
By far the best place I have ever worked at! My shift has the best crew ever! Everyone is so friendly towards each other and that matters to me very much! It’s so relaxing just sitting in a chair looking through a microscope! You can’t ask for anything better than this! If u leave this place, then you’re lazy!!!! Nothing better than this!

Company was out of spec on some parts by 0.005inches :(
One of the worst places I've EVER worked at...ONLY decent thing was good company perks... but besides that, by far one of the worst... around average pay, they stay hounding you to make rate, yet they emphasize quality over quantity, smh... just an overall horrible and horrendous experience!!! Glad I'm in another state now where I'm making more than DOUBLE what Pulse used to pay me w/ no stress, no hassle, & an overall better management team !!! If anyone is even CONSIDERING applying at Pulse, run FAR the other way!!! 💯
