this manufacturer is selling defective products with a known lack of, or just blatant disregard for quality control as most of what they sell through home depot will leak. if you’re considering purchasing one of their shower systems from home depot, i’d strongly advise against it.
Very poor after-sales service for replacement parts. My Pulse Lahaina model 1030 is out of warranty. I needed to replace the tub spout aerator. I was quoted US$52 for the part to be shipped to me in Canada. I declined that and asked for the dimensions/diameter of the spout aerator so I could source the correct replacement locally. It's a part that costs no more than $10. I needed to purchase a high-end showerhead at the last minute. Since Home Depot or Lowes don't sell products like this, I was relieved to find a store in Watsonville where I could walk in and buy it the same day. My plumber was impressed with how quickly I got it and the quality of the system. The shower head feels bigger than I expected, and I love the matte black finish and the option to use the wand when cleaning the shower.
