Purchased a new Class c motorhome in 2023 here. Had many issues and thanks to Ryan and the great team at Pulse RV , everything was always promptly addressed. And then - DISASTER! Our brand new motorhome developed cracks all through the paint after a bitter cold spell. Thanks again to Ryan and the VP who called us and assured everything would be taken care of. I had some pretty substantial hail damage on my new camper and my insurance company let me choose who I wanted to repair it.....so I got recommended to Pulse RV.... They are extremely professional and did absolutely incredible work to my camper.... And also a super amazing feature they gave me was they allowed me to store my camper for free for the rest of winter up until the end of May!!! They told me any work done over 5k can be stored in their yard for the winter for free..and I got my work started just before Christmas 2... read more
Bought a 2024 Vintage cruiser last year. It ended up having some issues. The folks at Pulse Rv took care of them in a professional and timely manner. Decided to trade the Cruiser in for a 2025 Aurora. Dealing with Ryan and Evan has been awesome….like dealing with old friends. We did the walk through of our new trailer with Jim, and he was an absolute delight!! Highly recommend Pulse Rv and all their amazing crew.
