Do not go to any Dr. in this organization. They have a double billing system and unnecessary test and visits. Specifically Katy location Dr. Sarker. They have a foul mouth receptionist, nurse, assistant as well as managers. I was in the same office with Dr. Pazzia for many many years and never had any issues until Pulse physician takeover. Dr. Darker and the staff are totally disorganized with medical and lab records. As far as prescription they are so bad that even pharmacist says they are weird. When I came to this practice, I was told that the doctor was in network. Then when I was scheduled to see the doctor come to find out the doctor was not in network, as per what the staff told me but when I spoke with the doctor he said he was in network. It was so confusing!! But I had already paid to see the doctor ($130) for my visit. So, I spoke with the "Office Manager" at the Tomball location, informed her of what the doctor had said, asked for them to bill my insurance and refund my money that I had paid. Dr. Klem was great, he listens and very thorough. Staff, including nurses were very friendly. Already have follow up scheduled
Downtown is great! I was seen within 10 minutes of coming in. NP Rodgers was very attentive also. Katy is the best! The ladies there are super sweet and made sure I was in and out the office. Thank you ladies.
