They sent a different and wrong prescription in and now they’re closed so I’m still sick and I have the wrong medication. I would not recommend. 2nd strike: injured on a Saturday. Made an appt because I’m worried my ankle could be broken. Called me 5 minutes later to say they have no one on staff to run the x ray machine. This place should be SHUT DOWN.
This is the WORST urgent care I have ever been to. It was a $75 copay, and I went in for having the worst seasonal allergies of my life. Congest, sore throat, head POUNDING. I tell them I've tried every medication and nothing is working. Guy is like "have you tried flonase?" Then proceeds to tell me to try lemon tea for my throat like I haven't already tried that. I paid $75 and chatgpt could have given me a better answer. I'm honestly about to dispute the charge with my credit card company because that place just ROBBED ME.... read more
Ii had a terrific experience start to finish. The facility is clean and well run. The front desk associate and the two nurses who assisted me were warm, friendly, efficient and professional. I felt genuinely welcome and cared for. Thanks!
