Went to the Pulse Urgent Care in Briarcliff on 9/14/26. Very impressed. I was seen by the NP. She was very caring, knowledgeable and efficient. The office staff was also lovely. Highly recommend.

I went to the Briarcliff location and my experience was good - I had a fairly simple problem. However I called back the next day with a follow up question and there was no answer all afternoon. Finally I called the Mohegan Lake location and the person who answered the phone told me that the Briarcliff location was closed because there were no providers available! She was able to look up my record though, which was helpful, but the upshot is that this "urgent" care center that's always been convenient is kind of hit or miss n... read more

DO NOT GO HERE. DOCTOR IS NOT WORTH IT. I went here for my elbow. It was in a lot of pain. The doctor did not even touch my elbow. He did not take the time to help. All he did was give me a wrap and said its "nothing serious". I went for a second opinion and it was far from "nothing serious". It was a serious strain and partial tear. I would recommend not coming here all together. Please do yourself a favor and do not come here. Also if you take my review down again I will post another and another. Stop hiding my bad reviews

Do not come here for work UA’s they won’t let you make an appointment then when you show up their machine is broke, came here 2 different times only to be turned away and told to go to the one 40 minutes away.
