HORRIBLE lady sat at her table for a HALF/HR playing on her phone before she decided she had to work meanwhile she knew I was asking to be seen quickly & on top of this is was the ONLY patient in the office at 2:30 pm on a Wednesday all for a simple D.O.T physical... definitely definitely GO to another facility do yourself a favor
There was a wait but there were many people there for the flu. The receptionist, RN and PA all kept it professional and friendly. Then there was a fire alarm as if people hadn't had enough. But no one freaked out or rolled their eyes or anything. The Pulse MD staff kept on like troopers. Extremely tolerant folks on staff that day. Great job!
I dont normally write reviews, but the patient care here was exceptional. The staff were friendly and made my visit sweet
I was feeling under the weather. I was able to get in right away. The staff was very helpful.
