Horrified by the care I received today. The provider twisted my words saying I was “demanding antibiotics” when my words to him were… I’ve been sick for 7-8 days it’s now turned into a sinus infection which I’m never able to rid myself of I usually go to my ent but they don’t accept my new insurance id really appreciate if you can send antibiotics. (Every time I feel like this I end up at the ent, getting a scope into my sinus, getting steroid injections into my sinuses, and being put on PO antibiotics) You’d think I was ask... read more
Second visit there (first was 11/17) - each time I found the staff knowledgeable and courteous. Not feeling well, I especially loved the short wait to be seen both times.
Great experience overall. Took my son to clinic for fever cough. We were seen quickly and with a gentle touch. Only down is there were no rapid tests for Covid flu so we will have to wait 1-2 days for results.
