The entire staff was excellent helping my 13yro boy. I recommend using Plulse MD if needed.
I got a call today telling me to call them back to get results. I called them back and they can’t go over the results cause there’s only one nurse how are you gonna call someone and tell them to call you back you can’t go over the results, my friend was telling me that they did the same thing to her called her telling her to call them back to find out the same things. PA Nicole Dones at Pulse MD Urgent Care in Mohegan Lake NY was phenomenal! She recently performed a minor procedure to drain a cyst in my armpit, and she made the whole experience seamless. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which put me at ease right away.
