They just turned my 80 year old father away because we were 5 minutes late. 1) the parking lot is always full, especially the handicapped parking. 2) I accidentally took him to the 3rd floor Pulse clinic. Had to wait at reception. Once we realized that were in the wrong place, we went down to the first floor and were told there were "no exceptions" to the late policy. 80 year old man, with a walker and heart issues was 5 minutes late - yeah, you have to reschedule. Dr. Patel is amazing. I’ve loved working with him. However, everything else is beyond annoying. They take 5-6 days to get back to messages, they don’t pay attention to the messages and they respond in vague ways. You can rarely talk to a real person live on the phone. When you do call, it’s not even anyone in the actual office. I’ve been trying to get a new med now for months. After them initially thinking I wasn’t accurate in what my ablation surgeon told me, they finally said I was right. It’s still been weeks since then a... read more
