I don't give out many one star reviews. I think the caregivers they have are very good and caring people. They listen to you and are knowledgeable. BUT,,, Pulse Heart Institute will not communicate with anyone outside their organization. I needed them to communicate with the VA and they ignored correspondences from the VA and even when I brought the VA request to them and hand delivered it twice in person, they still ignored it.
