As far as female hormones go-they don't belive on optimal levels and they don't give any meds for symptoms from perimenopause/menopause. The nurse prac told me my T was in range at a level of 52. That's very incorrect. It should be over a 100 for optimal levels. She told me NONE of their patients ever see a t level over 100. I am post menopausal and she still wouldnt help me. For the first time in my life, I don't dread clinical visits. Everyone is genuinely nice and I feel like the provider listens to my concerns. I've seen great progress and it's wonderful to have such great allies in my corner.
