Beautiful boutique salon. Staff are a lovely mix of Cairns-friendly and boutique professional. Most importantly, I’m very happy with my consults and results! Teagan and Craig (haven’t been to Sarah yet) are obviously very experienced in listening and asking the right questions. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere in the salon is so warm and friendly—you can’t help but relax and enjoy yourself. There’s laughter, genuine conversation, and such a calm energy that makes you feel like you're in great hands. I’ve been coming to see Craig and Tegan both at their former salon and now this salon for the last 15 years and have always been so happy with the results. Craig is fantastic—professional, friendly, and genuinely skilled at what he does. I had a cut and colour during my last visit and, as always, walked out feeling refreshed and confident. The salon has such a relaxed vibe, and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a great experience. Highly recommend
💇 I found this hairstylist on Google Maps, and the photos and reviews made it seem very welcoming and promising. When I arrived, I was greeted by a man who offered me coffee, which was a nice touch. However, things quickly became awkward. The salon is run by a couple, and their dynamic felt uncomfortable. After a wait, the woman brought me to the chair to wash my hair and apply a mask.
