Pulse Gym & Studios (Bellevue Barre and Pulse Studio) provide over 70 intense classes per week able to be ramped up or down to suit any age, ability, or level of fitness. We are proud to have a staff of 15 Personal Trainers working privately and with small and large groups coaching indoor and outdoor workouts in the Newport, Middletown, and Portsmouth communities. We set goals with Body Composition Analysis, Measurements and optional Before photos, and guide you to meet your goals over time.

Great Gym, Amazing Energy from Staff and Trainers. But nothing beats the people/clients who cone to train here. It us such a friendly and motivating environment where everyone pushes each other to do their “own” best with encouragement along the way!

5:15 Tuesday/Thursday workouts with Frank Brow at Pulse are the best way to start your day! Workouts are fun, varied and a fit for all levels of fitness. A great mix of cardio, weights and body weight exercises. What are you waiting for? Come join our 5:15 early morning Pulse family!
I love how dedicated Coach Brow is and how he motivates me to try harder each class. I love his classes!
I’ve been a loyal member of pulse for years and there isn’t another gym that offers the variety of classes with some of the best trainers! Weights, cardio, or boxing..Franks classes will have you covered!
