An appt was made for ingrown toe nail. When I arrived, no one came to let me know what their procedure was. Everyone was doing their own thing even though they saw me coming in. No instruction was given. After sitting around for about 10 mins, I stopped one of the nurse asked if I had to fill out any paperworks since I was a new patient. She asked if I had an appt. I called this morning to find out how much is the consultation and the girl who answered the phone put me on hold for a long time and then she transfer to voicemail I keep calling and they don’t answer … very bad customer service if you are like this on the telephone imagine in these. Visit
