An appt was made for ingrown toe nail. When I arrived, no one came to let me know what their procedure was. Everyone was doing their own thing even though they saw me coming in. No instruction was given. After sitting around for about 10 mins, I stopped one of the nurse asked if I had to fill out any paperworks since I was a new patient. She asked if I had an appt.
