I’ve never seen someone complain about dropping weight while deadlifting. All the plates are rubber, none are cast iron or steel, the weight is not being dropped from overhead, and it’s on a weight lifting platform. 🤷🏽♂️ The shakes are pretty good so I’ll add a ⭐️

Terrible. Won't cancel my account even though I can't physically come in. I've asked multiple times. No one is ever there working out so you're just awkwardly in there with the attendant. The music is way too loud and they keep the lights off in the cardio section. Completely depressing to work out in there. Hours aren't right on google, they don't email you when they randomly decide to close for a day. Terrible.
