Your money is no good to the repair staff. Took my trek here back in February for a break bleed and chain replacement, waited over a week, assumed they forgot to call me, went back in at day 8 nothing had been done so I took my bike so I threw it in my truck, went home and did it myself in under an hour…Just fix it yourself, any idiot can fix a bike,, speaking of which their staff is long in the tooth doesn’t want your repair money unless you’re buying a $10,000.00 e-bike;(
These guys were nice and wanted to make things work but at the end of the day failed to provide full refund of a product they sold that was completely non-functional. Bummer.
Very knowledgeable and helpful people!! Overall great experience. Lots of equipment on display! Got this awesome bike here!
