I took my car to Pulse for the first time a few weeks ago and I could not have been more impressed. They were honest in their work, didn’t over charge and the staff could not have been more welcoming. Great communication with regards to additional work required other than the standard service. Absolutely trustworthy and reliable workshop! I had an excellent experience here. The staff are extremely friendly, honest, and helpful. You can tell right away that this is a place you can trust. They work efficiently and quickly, and they always keep you informed about what's going on. Everything is discussed clearly in advance, and there are regular updates throughout the process. It truly feels like a worry-free, all-inclusive service. I couldn't be happier — perfect service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
Long story short - They worked the impossible - on an old Merc half-axle. Done on the spot, with a smile and a laugh. I am so grateful. A great business.
