I filed taxes with this business this year, and when I paid them everything was cool. I received my taxes and I thought all was well. I later received a letter in the mail stating that I needed to resubmit some info again, and when I tried to reach out to the tax professionals I get no response. It’s been months. Now my taxes are technically not processed and I don’t receive my stimulus checks anymore. I definitely would’ve gone the other way if I knew I wouldn’t be able to contact them in the off season.
