I went with the beginner lady, I believe her name was Kristen, do not go here. The service was said to take an hour and it took almost two hours, she was texting during it. The owner came in without a face mask and on their site it specifically requires them. She couldn’t get the under eye tape off and she pried it with tweezers, taking some of my lower lashes with it. Ordinarily she is not on her phone and does not behave in such a manner. I was actually running in really quick to leave refreshments for the clients. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Very rude and far from professional. The appt was for my daughter. Upon arrival, we were confronted more so than greeted by an employee dressed as if she just crawled out of bed and placed in an ugly brown cloth recliner from g’pas garage. Misc. dirty rugs are scattered about a garage like atmosphere. Appt took 2 hours and they glued my daughters lashes together having to use a metal tool to pry her eyes open. I asked if she was ok. Didn’t care for this experience at all. It was first time ever getting lashes and the owner treated me as if I should know what I was doing. Spoke to me in a Condescending way. I went back three times to give her the benefit of doubt. The spa was very far from a spa with out dated furniture and warehouse surroundings. I would recommend going some place else!!!
