When I go to this location it’s typically okay. However, lately the smoothies have been watered down. I just ordered two small smoothies a blueberry dream and tropical blast. Both of the smoothies taste like too much ice was added. Fine. I call to see if there could something done. They asked that we come back. At this time I could not. So their only solution was that we come back with the smoothies as if someone was trying to scam them out of $11. No apology or customer recovery attempted.

I haven't been to pulp many times so I had no clue what to order the girls there helped me find something and it was delicious. The staff was helpful and very nice and the smoothie was super good. Would for sure recommend
