I’ve been going here for years and have never had any issues. However there was a person with blonde hair working the register today in the afternoon on 7/16. They were extremely unkind and dismissive. I’m not sure if they are new or just don’t have experience with customer service but they definitely don’t fit with the kind energy the rest of the staff has been bringing for years.
There's one in Kent too ! It also has a drive-thru like Hartville's. Perhaps more dining area in Hartville though
The OG and always delicious....Parking with that sign is the worst tho. Less smiles from the staff than the DMV, felt less like a customer and more of a bother.
