I emailed Pulp one week ago about their Strongsville location that has an employee who I have twice witnessed wearing rubber gloves to handle cash, work cash register, and then continue on to make food with the same gloves. I haven't even recieved a response back in one week regarding complaint. During this unsafe time, I highly recommend avoiding the strongsville location due to uncleanliness.

Drinks are always made correctly and fast HOWEVER the music is so loud you can’t even have a conversation with yourself let alone hear your order when it’s called. It’s like the girls who work there think it’s their own private club and not only is it loud but they keep flipping channels like they’re in their car. And when there’s multiple orders they only call out the name of shake but many times it’s the same order as 2 or more other ppl in line and everyone stands around looking at each other like who’s is it?
