This place is horrible and I highly suggest you avoid this place at all costs. The staff here are not dedicated to patient care and are rude, unprofessional and down right disrespectful. I have never written a negative review in my life (check my profile) and I had to write one for this terrible facility. When I got there at my scheduled 2pm appointment I was surprised to meet other patients who were also scheduled for the same time as there is only one doctor in the office. The front desk person was very professional and Dr. Tackey is a great doctor. He respects and listens to my concerns as a patient and answers my questions appropriately.
Terrible experience, I made an online appointment and when I arrived they didn’t even have me scheduled. I was told my insurance requires a prior approval before they can see me which is incorrect. I explained they are reading it wrong and I even called my insurance company who told them it is not needed. They wanted it in writing so I sat there for longer waiting. I think ancient posts need to be removed. I have always been respectful of the front office and they returned the same level of respect. They have always accommodated me with the utmost understanding and care. The doctor is so patient and caring. Very thoughtful of my needs. He understood me from the first visit. He saw me through a rough patch. He tested me for any possible cause for my distress without hesitation and I appreciated that so much. Together we were able to eliminate and manage my issues.
