My mother needed a pulmonary appointment and they scheduled us two weeks out. We first had to wait for our referral to go through and then we were scheduled. My sister took off work and arrived with my mother 20 minutes late because of traffic from Lawton to Duncan and the location is difficult to find. They refused to see my mother because she was longer than 7 minutes late. Absolutely the worst care and customer service.
