Dr Palomares was very informative and very thorough during our visit. The MA that attended my son was nice and the front staff was friendly.

I wouldn’t even give this sorry clinic a 1 my grandson had an apt this morning and there parking lot is now only reserved for employed and they charge patients 5 to park! My daughter had to find a far parking spot due to this new change and was o my 5 minutes late due to this and after all that they told her my grandson couldn’t be seen because of that and cancelled his apt after she went through all that! They need to shut this place down and we will be finding a new specialist bye Christus never again!!!

When I called the sleep study center I was told the referral was never sent and our insurance was out of network anyway. No one will answer the phone to follow up at CHRISTUS Pulmonology. At the appointment the Front desk person told the nurse she had given us a form and we didn’t fill it in even though we were never handed any paperwork!! We were waiting for 30 min for a 7:30 appointment that I was told not to be late for then watched several nurses hurrying in late while we sat there. Definitely does not have companion for there patients. My son was there for his appointment right on time and was told he was late since he didn’t arrive 15-20 min early. Never was I made aware if I was not 15min early that I would be late and my appointment would be canceled. My son has another appointment that same day in the same building and there clinic told me I needed to be there 15 min early which I was. Terrible patient care. This office has a policy they don’t share with patients: if you don’t arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, your appointment gets cancelled. We arrived on time due to very bad traffic for an appointment we waited months for and were told we wouldn’t be seen. There was not a single other person in the waiting room and we were not made aware of the policy before hand. Of course we have arrived early on previous days, we waited upwards of 30 minutes to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous and utterly lacking in compassion.
