When I called the sleep study center I was told the referral was never sent and our insurance was out of network anyway. No one will answer the phone to follow up at CHRISTUS Pulmonology. At the appointment the Front desk person told the nurse she had given us a form and we didn’t fill it in even though we were never handed any paperwork!! Definitely does not have companion for there patients. My son was there for his appointment right on time and was told he was late since he didn’t arrive 15-20 min early. Never was I made aware if I was not 15min early that I would be late and my appointment would be canceled. My son has another appointment that same day in the same building and there clinic told me I needed to be there 15 min early which I was. Terrible patient care. This office has a policy they don’t share with patients: if you don’t arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, your appointment gets cancelled. We arrived on time due to very bad traffic for an appointment we waited months for and were told we wouldn’t be seen. There was not a single other person in the waiting room and we were not made aware of the policy before hand. Of course we have arrived early on previous days, we waited upwards of 30 minutes to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous and utterly lacking in compassion.

The absolute rudest lady at the front desk. no compassion whatsoever. seriously..don’t work in a children’s hospital if you don’t have it in you to care for little ones and their parents!?!?! fire this woman

If you lack basic human decency and compassion, don't get a job at a children's hospital. This clinic does not respect your time or your children. They cancel appointments if you arrive even a couple minutes late and, even when you arrive early, they make you wait an unnecessarily long amount of time to be seen by the doctor. The front desk lady is extremely rude and unempathetic. Go somewhere else.
