I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Keith. The office and staff are well organized and my visits have always run smoothly. Highly recommend.

Forget speaking to anyone that cares. Daughter has had lung issues for several years and Dr Waddell always tells her if u need anything..call. She recently was diagnosed with a viral infection and the cough and congestion just wont go away. So she called Saturday...no one called...called back today was transferred to the clinic...spoke with TIFFANY in the clinic...never ever had my daughter heard of the clinic and when she asked was responded to rudely, abruptly and very unprofessional. Can’t get a call in or out of this Practice. Another Dr is requesting their services and I have had a Cancer diagnosis for one month now what is the problem too many people with Cancer around here I am beginning to think I need to get treated elsewhere , it’s been a Month call your patients and don’t pick up the phone and hang it up twice when someone is trying to get through to make an appoint. Never mind I can’t be seen with this kind of Dr or Staff , Wow !!

I have had the WORST service from this business ever. They just rush you in rush out and it’s been going on a month waiting for the Cpap machine they said I couldn't live without. I’ve lost my job. I’ve about to lose my home and my life because they don’t follow up with patients to see if they get their equipment or not. Poor poor poor service. They took my money the ins money and sent me out the door wanting and waiting. I hardly had enough breath to get from the park I g building to and from their office. VERY BAD SERVICE.... read more
