These guys are scheisters. Twice in the past year they've sent us a full box of supplies that WE DID NOT ORDER. I suspect they do this because once they have your information, they just charge Medicare for it. The phone system is nearly impossible to penetrate, as they don't want to talk to you and make it right. They're just trying to send you supplies you don't need, so they can overcharge Medicare for it. What a bunch of crooks. Zero stars.
I had a great experience with Pulmonary Solutions Las Vegas. Obtaining a replacement CPAP device there, I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Chris, the manager, and Clara, his assistant. Both were very pleasant and helpful. I departed with my new CPAP machine and a smile on my face. I am looking forward to working with them in periodic deliveries of supplies. I can recommend them unreservedly.

If I could give a zero stars, it would still be too high a score. This company is very shady. I have two insurances when my primary deductible hasn't been met, and my secondary picks up. In order for this to work, they have to bill my primary insurance and get an explanation of benefits from them to send to my secondary insurance. When I ordered my supply renewal I was told no problem I qualified for a new reservoir, hose, and mask, an hour or less I received a call from them telling me I owed 187.00 and they wanted me to pa... read more
