The office receptionists do not usually answer the phone. This is a serious problem. How many messages is one expected to leave before he/she gets a call back? Two weeks later and the medication I need still has not been ordered... and no one calls me back.
I was really nervous to go to this clinic after reading 7 negative reviews but from making an appointment up to seeing the doctor I was so well treated that it actually surprised me. Everyone at the front desk was really nice and doctor Martinez was amazing. He took his time talking to me and explaining everything I needed to know, he didn’t rush at all through my consultation and was very attentive.
