This office pretend that they is so concern about your respiratory health. They don’t answer their phone or put in treatment orders. I been trying to get an sleep study test done for months now. Now the insurance company wants to take away my oxygen concentrator. Plus I been sleeping on and dirty concentrator filter for months. Too many patients not enough doctors. After being going to the office for almost 20 yrs. I think I’m done with this office now
I am leaving a 5 star review because it effects the whole office. It took a while to get used to Dr. Martinez. Lung specialist are overwhelmed these days I am guessing many retired after Covid. Dr. Martinez takes his job seriously. He is a straight forward man. I read some of these reviews. I also have been in the office when irrational potential patients have been rude to the staff.
