There may be a time when the wait time can be a little longer than usual but I’m ok with that because they listen to you and your concerns! They actually take the time for you! There have been other doctors offices where they rush you in and out., that’s when mistakes happens! Dr Martinez and his staff truly cares about their patients! They’re very knowledgeable in their area as well!
Dr. Zanchi was professional and thorough with ordering some test and blood work. He also asked the front desk to order my Cardio test from my heart doctor so he could review them with me on my F/U visit. Checking out, they charged me double so they were going to apply the other amount to my follow-up visit. A month later when I returned for my F/U visit, Dr. Zanchi was not there to go over the reports with me and they did not have my cardio test.
