I contacted this clinic on 08/18/2025 with a simple medical question. The staff member who answered the phone did not introduce herself and responded in a rude and dismissive way. My words were twisted, and instead of a clear explanation, I was met with sarcasm and inappropriate comments. Patients expect professionalism and respect when contacting a medical office. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.
