Well don’t even know where to start my mom called and made an appointment she was not told that she had to go to hospital and request all papers when she was admitted to the hospital. We arrived to the office Natasha without knowing that I am her daughter she tells my mom take your home attend and go seat in the hallway. Офис просто хамло.Женщина на ресепшене для начала научилась бы разговаривать с людьми и общаться по телефону. Не даёт даже слова вставить,в итоге в конце разговора бросает трубку.Не умеет слушать людей,видимо это неискоренимая проблема людей из поссоветского пространства.Хамсиво зашкаливает просто!!!
STAY FAR AWAY! Dirty office, older female receptionist is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I believe her name is Natasha or Marina (based on all the other complaints against her in the reviews.) Care is subpar. I had to wait weeks for them to send me a simple chest x ray and when I asked her about it she got defensive and walked away. Doctor dismissed my concerns and seemed annoyed when I asked for an additional test. Please don’t go to this office if your health is important to you
