My advice is find another pulmonologist. Office staff doesn't care, rarely answer the phone and are not willing to ask the doctor anything. If you need your test results if you need a form-filled out or if you have a simple question they'll make you make an appointment and pay your copay and charge your insurance hundreds of dollars.
