The staff is efficient and friendly. I seldom wait for more than 5 minutes, and they have professional nurses to help the doctors and patients.
Bad experience.
Dr. Lawall was great! Explained everything and showed genuine concern. Receptionist and techs were fantastic. However, when calling back to get assistance with medication as requested by the doctor, the nurse was abrupt, not caring and would not get message to the doctor.
I found Dr. Terasaki and the members of his staff to be caring. Dr. Terasaki explained why I was having problems and explained the treatment he suggested and why. Most importantly, the treatment worked and I feel 100% better.
