No one will return your calls ever! I have left 10 messages for any and all the doctors. Office staff and medical assistants. No one has returned my calls except one snotty receptionist who informed me all the Doctors were working at the hospital and not seeing patients. I am NOT a new patient.
Horrible !!!! Staff is lazy. Saw doctor for the first time in July he order test. We are in October and I still haven’t seen the doctor they keep rescheduling appt for test and appt to see the doctor. Lady at front desk and office manager at the 8600 office are extremely unprofessional.

Stay away! Like others said, customer service is very poor. It took them 1.5 months to call me back on a sleep study appointment (I had to remind them). After the study was done, I waited 3 weeks for the followup appt to discuss the results.. The day before the appt they called me telling me the doctor hadn't read the results yet so they needed to call me back to reschedule. 1 week passed already and no call yet to reschedule. They truly are garbage here and not worth your time as it will be wasted.
The staff here are typical Miami lazy bones. They do not do their jobs well. My mother asked them to send a form to her insurance relating to a medical leave and they claimed they sent it, but after over a week it still wasn't sent. My mom had to really complain to get them to take any action. If it takes complaining to get these people to do anything, I don't know how they function on a daily basis. Doctors are good; staff = typical Miami lazy bones. Can't trust them to get anything done.
