Dr. Mike Foster is the best pulmonologist ever. I’ve been his patient for 2 years. He’s very knowledgeable, shows compassion, has great bedside manner, and follow up with you. He’s referred me to a great lung transplant team and I can’t wait til I get me transplant and recover so I can walk into his office e to say hi as a former patient thriving and living life again- a second chance! Find another office. Donna the lead nurse should be retired. She literally lied to my insurance and almost cost me getting a CPAP. while the doctors are compassionate they have no idea what they are doing. Wasted a lot of time and money there. As soon as I found another doctor my sleep started getting better. Also the receptionists are rude and dissmissive. You can definitely find better.
More than 3 weeks but still has no appoinment while my health issue is rally critical and urgent.
I had an issue and spoke with Bethany in the Richardson office who was really helpful and dedicated to resolving my problem, not passing me along to someone else! She spent about ten minutes with me on the phone suggestion options for me, and she was really just great! Rare these days. Give her a raise!!
I don't think I 'ever had such a terribly experience in just getting someone to help me getting CPAP supplies. After waiting weeks to see a Sleep disorder doctor form this office, I waited an additional 6 weeks for CPAP supplies (still haven't received them) even after calling back 6 separate times for over a month period. My health has been deteriorating by the day because my brain and organs are not getting enough oxygen at night due to my sleep apnea.
