The appointment staff is incompetent in the McKinney office. I scheduled my annual check up over a year ago and received 3 text messages over the weekend for confirmation, which i confirmed 3 times. I went to the scheduled appointment and was told its been canceled as they had called numerous time. i asked what about the text messages and was told she saw them! i asked why sent the messages if it's cancelled and the most ludicrous answer i ever heard, "so we can greet you and let you know". Dr. Sen was amazing, as were his staff. The doc was very personable, listened attentively and spent a great deal of time with me. Answered all my questions. The front of office staff was equally amazing and friendly. I apologize if I get the spelling of the name wrong, but I believe her name is Akilia, who assisted with my check-in/check-out. I really enjoyed speaking to her. Again, super friendly and very welcoming. Entire experience was A+++
Dr Seb was excellent. He was very professional & also personable. He listened & provided adequate care.
