Called and spoke with Mellisa about my friend who was 15 minutes late today. She was rude and short with me about a patient who desperately needs care. The patient waited another 2 hours and left. I would avoid this practice and assistants. I guess they would rather eat all day then take care of patients.
They just sent our friend out to wait in his car because he was late to his appointment, I pray my friend goes home well today and this doesn't cause him more harm... This is absurd......
