The staff and Dr Garner are very professional and caring, ,I really appreciate everyone.They always answer any question are concerns that I may have.. Thank you so much for taking care all my Health care needs. You all are the best.
Another long time patient who also can't stand his staff, the big black woman who is supposed to answer the phone and make appointments not only doesn't do her job, she is rude and racist and has the worst attitude of any customer service person I have dealt with. Now on the 7th month of trying to make an appt.
I went to this office February 20th for pneumonia. They said my asthma came out of remission from when I was a kid and that I had a possibility of having COPD at 24 years old. I went to a different pulmonologist weeks later for a second opinion and they said they are not concerned about me having COPD, only uncontrolled asthma. He said it's very unlikely for a 24yo to have COPD. How can such a fantastic Dr. Keep such rude staff? I just can't rap my head around it. His staff is the rudest people I have ever encountered in a professional office. From Looking at the reviews seems to be a long going problem.
Dr Garner is amazing he takes the time with his patients talk to him and listens to them!! The front staff and the nurses are all wonderful!! I knew from the first time I went there how great they were and helpful!
