Dr. Patel and staff took very good care of my parents and answered all our questions and concerns. I appreciate the extra time they took with my parents and they treated them wonderfully.
I am not sure if he is good, great, or bad. Waited 8 months for an appt., and the staff at Clayton Ct. did not send for my records, so I had to redo my appt for 4 more months (Jan, 2024). What a joke! If you ask me, the Fort Myers office staff is like the 3 Stooges. One staff member said to call Regional Radiology to schedule my tests like they never heard of a fax order. The other staff member who faxed my request over to the prior doctor faxed over the request WITHOUT any boxes checked off, so why would my request be done ... read more
