I’m writing this review on behalf of my wife waited for this appointment three weeks only to be seen by the nurse practitioner who write from the very beginning seemed like she was Upset for whatever reason tired and to be honest with you like she didn’t have any sleep you know the old saying it goes first impression is the best impression. The staff and Dr are great, so they get the extra star however every single appointment, and I mean every single one (3+ visits) I have waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time. Even for a 6 minute walk test with the nurse. They are extremely kind and I’m sure provide great service (I have yet to receive any test results) but so far every appointment I need to block out my entire day.
If you like waiting almost 2 hours past your appointment time to finally be seen, this is the place for you. I had 3 appointments with Roseangela Pina. The first one, I was finally seen after 2 hours. The second one, I was finally seen after 1.5 hours. The last appointment I made as the first appointment of her day and I still waited 30 minutes and counting before I told them to cancel it. Don't go this place.. you call them takes 15mins to answer the phone.. my appt was 4pm the doctor saw me 5:30.. have weird old smell.. go another place..
No one ever answers the phone and never calls you back when you leave a voicemail!! We’ll be switching to a new facility, where they actually answer the phone!!
