When we first visited, we gave them our valid insurance card and proceeded with the appointment. After the appointment we had several issues where they applied a previous insurance we no longer had or even had the cards to and sent us a large bill. On top of that, we received a call earlier today (April 1st, 2026), regarding an appointment we cancelled in January after the insurance issue, they called seeing if we would like to reschedule. What a great office this is. I was with Dr. Cogino for years until he retired and then I opted to use Dr Khanti. What a spectacular Dr. She listens to all my worries, addresses all my concerns and treats me with respect. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a pulmonary doctor.
Very rude nurses who seem to be annoyed they have to talk to patients and would rather sit in a group cracking jokes about other patients within earshot of the waiting room. Sent me for a sleep study without warning me that it would cost me thousands of dollars (even though I expressed concerns about costs) only for it to result in nothing actionable. Wish I would've saved my money and stuck with internet advice.
Be prepared to wait. I have been waiting a hour to see a Dr. I was on time!
