Mom uses a physician from the pulmonary group for her cancer and care needs. The physician placed her on oxygen several years ago. Recently we had a complete failure of care and coordination of that care. (This is not the first time) Mom's oxygen equipment failed and we needed to purchase new equipment. We began last Wednesday trying to obtain an order to continue the oxygen and receive the equipment. I called many many times between Wednesday and Friday.
