The very 1st sign which I should have picked up was I had to call 3 times to get an appointment. Never a call back like I was told. But the rudeness and lack of empathy from Dr Gollamudi was inexcusable. My elderly aunt went for help with sleep and he hardly even ask a question. Said he couldn't help. Didnt try to help. Didn't want to help.
Had a 9 am appointment with Dr Gollamudi. Arrived at 8:45, greeted by the receptionist and was quickly taken to a room by 8:50. Vitals were taken, etc, then about 2 minutes later the nurse came in and asked questions, etc. she left the room by 8:55. I waited in the exam room until 9:45, still no doctor, no one came in to check on me or tell me that the dr was behind, etc. I finally walked out at 9:50 having seen no one since the nurse left the room at 8:50. New patient. Saw Dr. Sen at UVMC office. Dr. Sen was very professional, discussed my health history and current symptoms, discussed results of spirometry and involved me in treatment plan. Staff was exemplary, kind & helpful. Very happy I found my way to this practice.
